Cybersecurity är skyddandet av internetanslutna system såsom hårdvara, mjukvara och data från cyberhot (malware, ddos-attacks, phishing etc).

Vi söker nu en IT Security Manager för att stödja våra kunder med deras utmaningar. Arbetet sker dels på distans dels fysiskt hos kund i Mälardalsområdet.

Projektivas kunder är ofta mitt i en spännande förändrings- och digitaliseringsresa där säkerhet ligger högt prioriterat. IT Security Manager är ofta en nyckelspelare som brukar ha alla förutsättningar för att vidareutveckla och bygga en långsiktigt förvaltningsbar bas av IT-säkerhet.

Som IT Security Manager utvecklar du och höjer kundens nivå av IT-säkerhet och bidrar till större motståndskraft inom säkerhet. Primärt har rollen ett taktiskt fokus men kan även ha inslag av både operativa och strategiska uppgifter. Du kommer att ha en nyckelroll för IT-säkerhet, riskexponering, och hantering av IT-säkerhetsincidenter.

Du kommer arbeta nära och ha stöd av CISO/CSO, Head of IT-Operations, Head of IT-Architecture samt partners/tjänsteleverantörer och resursstöd inom säkerhetsområdet.

Inneha tjänsteansvar för att utveckla vårt tjänsteerbjudande inom IT-säkerhetförmågor och samverkan med tjänsteleverantörer av IT-säkerhetsprodukter.

Ansvar för Security Operations Center och IT-säkerhetsincidentprocessen

Ansvar för roadmap såväl lång- som kortsiktigt inom området.

Ansvarig för IT-säkerhet inom företaget i översyn och beslut kring IT-säkerhetsarkitektur.

Beskriva och granska kunders it-säkerhetsarkitektur och stödja i strategiska vägval och analyser

Agera rådgivare inom kunders IT organisation och aktivt stödja it-arkitekter, tjänsteägare och utvecklare med it-säkerhetskompetens och förmedla säkerhetskrav, principer samt vägledning i arkitektur och design, även genom deltagande i virtuella DevSecOps team

Stödja vid riskbedömningar och leverantörsbedömningar och granskning av IT-säkerhet

Ta en ledande roll och aktivt driva förbättringar av IT-säkerhet

Förankring av säkerhetsarbetet och säkerställa att användarna inom kunders organisation förstår och följer deras regler och föreskrifter inom IT-säkerhet

Att ansvara för förebyggandet av IT-säkerhetsrisker och uppföljning av incidenter internt och åt kunder

Koordinera initiativ, åtgärder och implementation av säkerhetslösningar internt och åt kunder för att säkerställa att alla system uppfyller krav ur ett IT-säkerhetsperspektiv

Att bistå med omvärldsbevakning inom området IT-säkerhet och bidra med it-säkerhetskompetens i samverkanforum med andra organisationer

Du är sannolikt civilingenjör eller systemvetare alternativt motsvarade högskoleutbildning

Erfarenhet och kunskap inom

I din roll kommer, förutom den tekniska kompetensen, även den sociala, kommunikativa och affärsmässiga kompetensen vara viktig. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

  • Informationssäkerhetsarbete via erkända metoder/ramverk/standarder (ex ISO 27000-serien, NIST/SP800-serien, BITS, PCI, Common Criteria, ITIL, COBIT)
  • Säkerhetscertifieringar, (ex CISSP, CISA, CISM)
  • IT-styrning utifrån kundens verksamhet (ex informationsklassificering, riskanalys, kravhantering, affärsnytta, praktiskt säkerhetsarbete)
