THE ROLE

You'll join a well versed, "jack of all trades" team called the Solutions team, our scope is wide, reaching from e-com integrations, endpoint management, procurements to installing network equipment in our four warehouses. The solution department sorts under the Tech Department and works closely with multiple departments in the company and covers the gap outside of development and data engineering.

As the Cloud Workspace Engineer in the Solutions team, you will be working with a wide range of departments, amazing co-workers, and a high variation of tasks. Your main objective is to ensure that our services, systems, and endpoints have the right configurations, properly maintained, compliant and secure. You will have the opportunity to drive a wide range of IT projects outside of the day-to-day tasks shared across the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, deploy, and optimize cloud workspaces leveraging Microsoft's cloud environment, including Azure AD, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Implement and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview for seamless device management and security.
  • Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) federation across diverse platforms and applications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud workspaces with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud workspace engineering.
  • Manage and execute internal IT projects related to the internal workspace,
  • Ensuring services, systems, and endpoints are properly configured, maintained, compliant, and secure.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and SIEM tools like Microsoft Sentinel.
  • In-depth knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) federation protocols and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar are a plus.
  • Ability to work 100% on-site or hybrid remote with a minimum of 3 days/week in the Stockholm office.
