Swedish OEM Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Feature Management Team Leader to drive the Feature Management domain across the organization.

As a Feature Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for balancing targets and requirements for our autonomous transport systems in customer sites.

You will work in a dynamic team to bridge the gap between product planning and real-world implementation.

Your role will involve defining product capabilities, translating them into actionable requests, and creating comprehensive documentation that sets the stage for success.

You will also gain an overall understanding of Autonomous Transport solutions and look for all kinds of improvements to make our offer the most competitive in the business.

Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with Product Planners, Project Managers, and development engineers to turn visions into reality and push the boundaries of what's possible.


To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine passion for delving into our customers' production processes and crafting automated systems that are efficient, user-friendly, and intuitive.

You should also have experience in customer operations, especially in dynamic environments like mines, open pits, or harbors.

We value skills like stakeholder management and a strong grasp of system engineering, and experience working with the JAMA tool is a merit.
