Open Position: Art Directors

If you are a creative thinker, problem-solver, and storyteller, this role is tailor-made for you. As an Art Director at IKEA, you will collaborate with a team of talented individuals to develop compelling communication strategies that emphasize our brand identity and captivate audiences in various media channels.

  • Create engaging stories and concepts aligned with IKEA's brand strategy
  • Determine the best methods to reach target audiences across different platforms
  • Showcase your problem-solving skills in all aspects of your work
  • Collaborate with the creative team to bring ideas to life
  • Present concepts to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within the team and with stakeholders

We are seeking professionals with over 5 years of experience in art direction, a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in creative projects, and a deep understanding of brand development and multi-channel marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and fluency in English are essential. Experience in motion media and familiarity with retail environments are advantageous.
