Kund är en ledande nordisk leverantör av nyckelfärdiga el- och automationslösningar inom eldistribution, industri samt för vind-, vatten- och värmekraftverk. Med över 30 års erfarenhet och huvudkontor i Vasa, Finland, har företaget etablerat sig som en branschledare. Deras team i Västerås består av 20 medarbetare som delar en unik gemenskap och specialistkompetenser som säkerställer projektens höga kvalitet.

Nu behöver bolaget utöka sitt team med en erfaren Lead Engineer.

Tjänsten är en direktrekrytering vilket innebär att rekryteringsprocessen sker genom Futuria People men du kommer anställas direkt hos kund.

Om tjänsten

Som Lead Engineer ansvarar man för den tekniska helhetslösningen för utformandet av elkraftanläggningar för distribution och transmissionsnät. Man säkerställer att den tekniska lösningen är genomförbar och uppfyller kundens krav.

Huvuduppgiften i rollen som Lead Engineer är att leda och delta i konstruktionsarbetet för leveransprojekt. I rollen ingår det också att leverera den tekniska lösningen enligt tidsplan, ekonomi och kundens kravspecifikation. Du kommer även att samarbeta med säljteam och vara en del av utvecklingen av nuvarande och framtida tekniska lösningar till deras projekt.


Vi söker dig som

  • Har några års erfarenhet av av projekt inom distributions- eller transmissionsnät eller vattenkraft (gärna i en ledande roll idag med liknande ansvarsområden).
  • Du har god kunskap om uppbyggnaden av elkraftanläggningar och dess ingående delar samt primära och sekundära apparater.
  • Har erfarenhet i dimensionering av anläggningsdelar.
  • Är civil- eller högskoleingenjör med inriktning på elkraft, innehar yrkeshögskoleexamen inom elkraft eller likvärdig praktisk erfarenhet.
  • Är erfaren i något CAD-verktyg. Meriterande med erfarenhet av EPLAN.
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
