While HR support is currently centralized in the UK, we now require a local HR presence to support the organization's growth in the Nordic region.

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a vital role in the Nordic team, overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, policy implementation, and talent management.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing cabling projects of various sizes in the region.

What you will be doing as our HR Business Partner:
  • Provide daily HR support to the teams in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
  • Recruit talent efficiently for the expanding teams.
  • Create employment contracts complying with Nordic laws.
  • Align policies with the broader group where feasible.
  • Handle onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Implement and manage an employee handbook covering relevant practices and laws.
  • Manage payroll for the Nordics and coordinate with the UK for processing.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
  • Administer compensation, job descriptions, training, and development locally.
  • Maintain high employee engagement levels by being involved and attuned to their needs.
  • Act as a trusted partner for employees.
  • Administer and communicate benefit plans to employees.
  • Organize new-employee orientations and exit interviews.
  • Promote diversity initiatives and implement equality programs.
  • Administer performance reviews for the Nordic region.
  • Provide HR metric reports monthly.
  • Undertake other HR and administrative tasks as needed.

  • HR degree or relevant qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in candidate generation and recruitment across multiple channels.
  • Experience in a fast-growing business environment.

  • Industry experience and knowledge preferred.
  • Proactive, flexible, and assertive with a positive attitude.
