Arbetsuppgifter:
Som Trade Market Associate (TMA),(distriktsansvarig fältsäljare) är dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter att inom ett eget distrikt, utveckla långvariga kundrelationer med befintliga kunder för att vidareutveckla JTI:s försäljning genom distribution och synlighet till dagligvaruhandeln, servicehandeln samt tobakshandeln.

Du kommer att effektivt planera ditt eget arbete, presentera kampanjer och nyheter för kunder samt skapa distribution och synlighet för JTI:s varumärken. Du arbetar tillsammans med dina kunder med hyllplacering, exponering och ombyggnationer i butik.

Som TMA har du en rådgivande roll gentemot butiksägare med syfte att främja försäljningen mot konsument. Du hittar lösningar för ökad lönsamhet för JTI:s produkter.

Vem är du?

Som TMA behöver du vara flexibel, självgående och ha lätt för att samarbeta. Vi söker en driven, entusiastisk och engagerad medarbetare med tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning, gärna från dagligvaruhandeln och servicehandeln.

Vidare är du resultatorienterad, gör alltid ditt yttersta för att nå dina mål och trivs med ett arbete som är rörligt då det kommer att innebära en del resande. Det är mycket viktigt att du ser möjligheter och lösningar till utmaningar som kan uppstå.

För att passa i tjänsten behöver du:

* Ha B-körkort (Krav)
* Jobbat med försäljning med bevisat goda resultat, gärna inom FMCG
* Kommunicera obehindrat på svenska
* Känna dig trygg i att kommunicera på engelska i tal och skrift
