The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Studio Coordinator and Video Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our state-of-the-art studio, ensuring the smooth execution of all productions, and leading the recording and live streaming of webinars and other productions featuring our cybersecurity experts. The role also involves collaborating with the CMO and other team members and cybersecurity experts to create and produce a variety of video content from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Management:

  • Maintain and organize the studio, ensuring it is always ready for use.
  • Manage studio scheduling and coordinate with internal teams for bookings.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all studio equipment.

Video Production

  • Record and live stream webinars and other productions, ensuring high-quality audio and video.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot all production equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming software.
  • Direct live streams and recorded sessions to ensure seamless and professional delivery.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the CMO and other stakeholders to develop video content that aligns with our marketing strategy and organizational goals.
  • Create and produce various video formats, including promotional videos, educational content, interviews, and case studies.
  • Manage the entire production process, from brainstorming and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate all aspects of video production projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cybersecurity experts and other team members to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and informative.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during video productions and live streams.
Your Potential Background

To succeed in this role we believe that you have:

  • Proven experience in video production, live streaming, and studio management.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and live streaming tools (e.g., OBS, vMix).
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to operate and troubleshoot video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging video content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or a willingness to learn about the field is a plus.
