Arbetsbeskrivning:
Som People & Culture Leader hos Rexcell kommer du att vara en nyckelperson i att forma och implementera strategier inom olika HR-områden. Ditt arbete sträcker sig från förhandlingar och strategiskt förbättringsarbete till att vara ett stöd för chefer, hantera lönefrågor, rekrytering och rehabilitering. Du kommer även att säkerställa att företagets system används effektivt och vara med och skapa en arbetsplats som ligger i framkant vad gäller hållbarhet och medarbetarnas trivsel.
Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:
- Ledning och implementering av HR-strategier
- Stödja chefer i personalrelaterade frågor
- Rekrytering inom kollektivet
- Säkerställa att rehabiliteringsprocessen följs
- Vara delaktig i förhandlingar
- Säkerställa att kompetensutveckling sker utifrån behov
- Säkerställa att företagets system och processer används effektivt och hållbart
- Kunna bistå övriga inom avdelningen vid behov
Den vi söker:
Till detta spännande konsultuppdrag söker vi dig som har tidigare erfarenhet från brett HR-arbete. Vi letar efter någon som har en positiv inställning och är bra på att hitta lösningar samtidigt som de är omtänksamma mot andra. Du bör vara driven och entusiastisk med en stark förmåga att leda och motivera andra. I ditt ledarskap strävar du efter att skapa en positiv och stödjande arbetsmiljö där människor trivs och presterar sitt bästa.
Vi söker dig som har:
- Erfarenhet av arbete inom personalfrågor med bred kompetens inom HR-området
- Högskoleexamen inom HR
- Utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
