Job Description

We are a global agency, so in this role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities within a vibrant and fast-paced setting.

As a Project Manager, your main focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of our client projects to maintain high-quality standards. Your key tasks will include addressing client requirements, nurturing client relationships, and surpassing expectations across the board. Collaboration between clients and our team of strategists and specialists in various areas like customer experience strategy, UX/UI design, A/B testing, data analysis, CRM, and change management will be crucial. Previous experience in web development or a related field is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in day-to-day client and team communication and management to ensure smooth progress and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee project status and finances by updating reports and monitoring budgets.
  • Plan and scope out new projects.
  • Manage team resources effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience from an agency/consulting company.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer experience fundamentals.
  • Client-centered approach with a grasp of client needs.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking abilities.
  • Possess excellent professional, organizational, and administrative skills, showing proactive management of daily hurdles.
  • Enjoy collaborating with a client team, bringing out the best in others, and adept at delegating tasks.
  • Proficient in both Swedish and English for effective communication at work.
  • Thorough understanding of agile methodologies and their application in project management.
