Development Office vid Lunds universitet ansvarar för att skapa, utveckla och vårda ett långsiktigt och ömsesidigt utbyte mellan universitetet och privatpersoner, stiftelser, näringsliv och organisationer för att genom filantropiska medel stärka universitetet och dess forskning och utbildning.

Externa medel spelar en allt viktigare roll för att finansiera strategiska satsningar i syfte att stärka ställningen som ett av Europas ledande universitet.

Sedan flera år bedrivs ett framgångsrikt arbete med fundraising, både nationellt och internationellt, och vår framgångsrika donationskampanj i samband med universitetets 350-årsjubileum fick mycket uppmärksamhet nationellt. Vi vill bibehålla en hög ambitionsnivå och söker nu en ny fundraiser då vi står inför en pensionsavgång. Vi erbjuder ett spännande och utmanande uppdrag i en kreativ universitetsmiljö.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden

Du arbetar med att etablera och utveckla relationer mellan universitetet, donatorer och samarbetspartners med syfte att säkerställa långsiktig finansiering från den privata sektorn. Du är intresserad av människor och relationer. Kundvård är en mycket viktig del av vårt arbete och i detta ingår att medverka i att arrangera evenemang för befintliga och potentiella donatorer. Du är en ambassadör för Lunds universitet och söker nya kontakter regionalt och nationellt. Arbetet bygger på intresse för såväl vetenskap och akademi som omvärldens och donatorernas behov och intressen.

Arbetet är i en stark utvecklingsfas och du har möjlighet att vara med på en spännande resa. Du arbetar i nära samarbete med fakulteter och universitetets ledning. Du är en viktig medspelare för att vi ska lyckas i våra ambitioner. Du har ett engagemang för avdelningens långsiktiga utveckling och kan hitta nya möjligheter för fundraising.

Kvalifikationer

Krav för anställningen är att

- Du har relevant akademisk utbildning
- Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta med filantropi
- Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att generera intäkter och komma till avslut utifrån ett professionellt affärsmässigt arbetssätt, utifrån en säljande roll med hög grad av personlig kontakt i tjänsteföretag
- Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att ta ansvar för att initiera och leda projekt från idé till avslut enligt plan
- Du har erfarenhet av och gediget intresse för att identifiera, upparbeta och långsiktigt utveckla och vårda kundrelationer
- Du har en mycket god förmåga att kommunicera skriftligt och muntligt, såväl på svenska som engelska, med erfarenhet av att målgruppsanpassa budskap och erbjudanden
- Du har ett upparbetat nätverk med relevans för uppdragets karaktär
- Du har ett genuint intresse för universitetets verksamhet
- Du är strukturerad och har god administrativ förmåga

- Om du i ditt nätverk har kontakter i näringslivet

- Du kan balansera driv och initiativförmåga med uthållighet
- Du tänker strategiskt och målinriktat samtidigt som du är operativ
- Du är representativ, utåtriktad, orädd och van att ta nya kontakter
- Du är kvalitetsmedveten, lyhörd och serviceinriktad med god förmåga att samarbeta och bygga nätverk
