Art Director to OKTO (Jr. to mid-level)

Working in the intersection of communication, design and brand interface, at OKTO we believe there are many ways to move a brand. We believe in the culture of collaboration across disciplines and processes to create the best possible work for our clients.

Being a creative at OKTO

You are the master of your skill, whether it's Art Direction, Design or Copywriting, but also having a strong will to contribute to making brands stronger no matter the touchpoint or part of the process. You want to tell brand stories, in various and multiple media, through ideas and design driven communication that makes a difference for the customer and the brand.

You are expected to be hands-on, contributing across disciplines and across the entire process, but will ultimately be responsible for delivering high end creative ideas and approaches across a spectrum of clients, inspiring not only them but also your colleagues. You will work closely with a team of other creatives, designers and strategists to create the best work for global and national brands. At OKTO we are committed to personal growth, and value a high level of discipline when it comes to self development and learning.

Please note that we are also open to hiring an already set creative team.

You are:

  • 1-5 years into your career, with an exceptionally strong portfolio (professional work and/or student work)
  • The bringer of many creative ideas with a strong expression and a clear why
  • A confident presenter of ideas, both internally and towards clients
  • Hands on and meticulous in the craft of Art Direction
  • Highly collaborative with designers, UX, strategists and other specialist roles
  • Flexible in way of thinking, embracing new methods and ideas
  • Business proficient in Swedish or English, or both
  • Based, or willing to be based in Stockholm, but with certain remote work allowed
