Your mission:

  • Ansvara för daglig verksamhet vilket inkluderar att lägga beställningar, ta emot leveranser, plocka ordrar och följa upp lagerhållning.

  • Leda och planera det löpande arbetet med personal, bemanning, schemaläggning samt coacha teamet att trivas och prestera så bra som möjligt

  • Effektivisera arbetssätt och rutiner, se till att regler efterföljs så att butiken hålls i gott skick

  • Ansvara för det systematiska arbetsmiljöarbetet, leda personalmöten samt hålla i medarbetar- och lönesamtal.
     

Vi letar efter dig som tycker om att ta ägandeskap för din butik och ditt team med stöttning från din närmaste chef. Du är prestigelös och arbetsuppgifterna kan variera, både högt och lågt precis som när du fyller på butikshyllorna Du har en god samarbetsförmåga - laget före jaget En ledares ansvar är att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för sitt team, vilket vi tror att du drivs av Sist men inte minst så är du flexibel - vi är ett snabbrörligt företag, så vi hoppas att du trivs i en (extremt) snabbt föränderlig miljö

Qualifications

  • Vi tror att du har tidigare erfarenhet som butikschef, biträdande butikschef, lageransvarig eller arbetsledare.

  • Du är en mästare när det kommer till att arbeta effektivt, vilket du också gärna lär ut till dina kollegor.

  • Har du en för tjänsten relevant eftergymnasial utbildning ses det som en merit.

  • Det är meriterande om du tidigare har arbetat med livsmedel.

  • Du förstår svenska och engelska obehindrat, och kan tala antingen svenska eller engelska flytande.

  • Du har god systemvana och goda kunskaper inom Excel/ Google sheets
