Pierce is searching for a SoMe digital specialist with an eye for efficiency to join our team at Headquarters in Stockholm. This is a key role taking our brand and SoMe to the next level,  with ownership of large number of organic accounts and drive social media strategies across diverse platforms. 

Responsibility:

Pierce is a leading and fast-growing e-commerce company selling gear, parts and accessories to riders across all of Europe via some forty websites adapted to local markets. Pierce has two major segments, Offroad — sales to motocross and enduro riders, and Onroad — sales to street riders. This role owns a vide range of SoMe platforms in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

With  multiple social media platforms  you expect to take our organic SoMe to the next level, using internal expertize and amplify online presence, heighten brand recognition, to stand out in the interaction with Riders. 

  • Improve and drive your strategic SoMe plans aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Full ownership of several organic accounts, 5+ Instagram; 30+ Facebook pages; 3 Youtube. 2 Tik Toks.
  • Analyze social media metrics and take the reporting of data to the next level.
  • Set high ambition to enhance performance continually by automizing and data driven decisions.
  • Strong teamwork collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Campaigns to ensure a consistent and professional brand statement.
  • Develop efficiency amongst the various platforms, posts, stories, videos, and visuals. You'll have access to a full creative agency and copywriter for support.

Skills & Requirements
You have knowledge about the industry and track record in writing and international mindset. This full ownership of driving data driven knowledge in social media handling a large number of accounts including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and ideally YouTube. To perform in this role you possess:

    • Knowledge and passion for our industry, keeping up with the latest developments and trends in community's social media and other lifestyle brand/ sport industry.
    • Analytical mindset, with the eye for efficiency and structure for optimizing by actionable insights from data.
    • Experience in writing and operative role in social media management, incl tools and analytical platforms with the ability to utilize automation tools for posting and reporting.
    • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
    • Innovative mindset, with the ability to drive and formulate imaginative social media strategies.
