As a Partnership & PR Specialist at IDEAL OF SWEDEN, you'll play a pivotal role in our influencer and PR marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers, creating engaging PR campaigns, and managing our ambassador program. You will work closely with the Marketing team for guidance and support in execution. Furthermore, you will monitor analyze, and communicate the outcome of the activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with influencers, from micro to macro levels, to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute creative campaigns and missions that align with our brand objectives.
  • Serve as the liaison between our company and influencers, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of expectations.
  • Identify and onboard high-profile influencers who can elevate our brand presence and impact.
  • Develop and manage our brand ambassador program, including recruitment, making, and performance tracking.
  • Scout and evaluate potential influencers, keeping a pulse on industry trends and emerging talent.
  • Serve as a community and social media moderator, engaging with our audience across various platforms to foster meaningful interactions and drive brand advocacy.
  • Overall responsible for PR in our key markets in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop and implement digital and traditional PR initiatives and procedures to support campaigns/content/marketing calendars.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or PR. 
  • 1 year of work experience in the field
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns and missions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

  • This is a permanent position with a six-month trial period 
  • Start date as soon as possible 
  • Based in Stockholm
