Vi söker nu en ny chef för vår industry-verksamhet i Stockholm. De övergripande målen i den här rollen är att öka antalet konsulter och att våra kunder är ambassadörer (NPS > 9). Vi vill att våra konsulter ska vara nöjda med Adecco som arbetsgivare samt att våra internanställda är motiverade och mår bra. Du börjar jobba med ett team bestående av tre heltidsanställda, erfarna konsultchefer. I takt med att teamet vinner fler affärer växer teamet med fler medarbetare. Självklart förväntas du också vara delaktig i att förbättra dina egna processer för att nå hög effektivitet i ditt team.

Utöver detta har du en roll i ledningsgruppen för industry- och onsite-delen av Adecco Sweden. Du rapporterar till Tarek Mourad och kommer inledningsvis att ha Anton Åberg som bollplank. Adecco Industry sitter idag tillsammans med Adecco Swedens huvudkontor i Solna, men vi ser gärna att du och teamet är ute och träffar kunder och konsulter så ofta som möjligt.

Om marknaden i Stockholm

Stockholm är en intressant marknad inom bemanning. Som Sveriges ekonomiska nav finns både många kunder och ett stort utbud av arbetskraft. En stor utmaning är att konkurrensen alltid är vass, där det alltid finns andra bemanningsföretag att tävla mot. För att lyckas i den här rollen krävs ett starkt driv, så att du även kan lägga ner tid på aktivt försäljningsarbete.

Om dig som person

Din stora uppgift kommer inledningsvis vara att driva försäljningsarbetet. För att det ska lyckas behöver du komma in med energi och en glädje. Du ska genuint tycka att försäljning är roligt och detta ska smitta av sig på resten av teamet. Du firar framgångar och peppar teamet vid motgångar, samtidigt som du är den trygga klippan att luta sig emot när det behövs. Personen vi letar efter är målmedveten och får saker gjort inom utsatt tid. Du trivs med konkreta målsättningar där ekonomiskt resultat, NPS-resultat för kunder samt antalet uthyrda konsulter följs upp.

  • Extrovert, energisk, peppande och positiv
  • Duktig på att få andra människor att trivas och prestera
  • Duktig på att få saker gjort
  • Sprider glädje och motivation i ditt team

Erfarenheter – Krav:

  • Vet hur man leder en grupp
  • Duktig på försäljning

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet från bemanningsbranschen
  • B-körkort
