Nu söker vi en engagerad och erfaren medarbetare till vårt team på Telenor Business i rollen som Presales Solution Architect. Vad du kommer att göra

Rollens uppdrag är att stötta våra säljare som rådgivare och teknisk expert under hela försäljningsprocessen, bland annat genom att omvandla teknik till kundnytta för att öka försäljningen av våra produkter och tjänster. Du får genomföra behovsanalyser, arbeta med upphandlingar, svara på frågor om våra tjänster utifrån teknisk karaktär och ta fram förslag som löser kundens krav på funktionalitet. Gruppen består av seniora och erfarna medarbetare.

Vem du är

För att lyckas i rollen har du relevant högskoleutbildning alternativt en gedigen erfarenhet av kommunikationslösningar inom IT eller Telekom. Du har också erfarenhet av att leda interna såväl som externa kundmöten, arbeta med anbud och tycker om att arbeta i projektform.

Som Presales Solution Architect så har du ett designansvar för Telenors tekniska lösningsförslag och vi ser att du som person har en hög social kompetens där du på ett pedagogiskt samt professionellt sätt agera konsult åt våra kunder.

Hos oss arbetar du med parallella projekt med breda kontaktytor och vi ser därför att du kan planera och prioritera dina arbetsuppgifter väl. För att trivas hos oss är du positiv, prestigelös samt kan arbeta både självständigt och i grupp. 

Du har:

Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom fasta och mobila tal/datatjänster.

Erfarenhet av växellösningar samt säkerhets och nätverkstjänster är meriterande

Vana av att jobba i team/projekt samt med att hantera publika och privata anbud

Du behärskar Svenska och Engelska i tal och skrift
