Vi söker en Junior Engagement Manager till Digital Services Kundteam i Solna. Du kommer ingå i ett härligt gäng som hjälper och stöttar varandra med övertygelsen att vi tillsammans når större framgångar

Your future duties and responsibilities:

I rollen som Junior Engagement Manager/Kundansvarig får du eget ansvar för dina kundavtal och affärsrelationer, samtidigt som du samverkar med CGIs övriga organisation.

I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår:
• Att hantera avtal och förhandlingar
• Ansvara för uppföljning på kontraktsnivå vilket omfattar SLA, budget, fakturering och merförsäljning
• Att stödja våra kunder i sin utveckling och digitalisering inom Digital Services område
• Att stödja Senior Engagement Manager i större kontrakt

CGI Digital Services är idag ledande tjänsteleverantör av ett flertal molntjänster som stöder digitaliseringen inom det svenska samhället Molntjänsterna inkluderar exempelvis system för elektroniska brevlådor såsom Kivra, elektroniska arkiv, autentisering, e-signering, integrationslösningar och dynamiska dokument. Vi levererar dessa tjänster till ca mycket nöjda kunder idag.

Vi har enormt stora krav på säkerhet, prestanda och driftstabilitet i våra tjänster, och vi är en verksamhet som är helt beroende av våra engagerade, nöjda och kompetenta medarbetare för att detta ska vara möjligt.

Vi vidareutvecklar ständigt våra tjänster, och våra tekniska plattformar behöver då förändras i linje med vad marknaden efterfrågar. Dessutom utvecklas självklart tjänsterna utifrån alla goda idéer som kommer från våra medarbetare – både kring nya funktioner samt idéer som borgar för effektivisering och ständiga förbättringar.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du är nyfiken och vill utmana dig själv. Du är duktig på att skapa goda relationer och att arbeta med människor. Du sätter alltid kunden i fokus och försöker hitta den bästa lösningen för varje kund. Det är viktigt att du är en lyhörd och ödmjuk person som är bra på att jobba tillsammans med dina kollegor.

För denna roll behöver du ha goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska både i tal och skrift.

Vi önskar att du:
• Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av en roll med mycket kundkontakter
• Har en god administrativ förmåga
• Har intresse av att bygga kund/affärs-relationer
• Kan kommunicera med kunderna på ett väl strukturerat och engagerat sätt
• Har intresse av ekonomisk uppföljning såsom budget, fakturering och merförsäljning

Övrigt:
Inför anställningen kommer det att tas ett utdrag ur belastningsregistret samt en UC.

Tjänstens tillträdelsedag är -09-02.
