In order to continue writing our huge success story, we from Kalmar are looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team. This is an onsite position based in our Kista office, Sweden and reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for the daily planning for a team of 5-10 Service Technicians and lead the daily customer service for your team. You will also prepare and finalise service orders, including parts ordering and proactively plan service and ensure customer’s operation uptime. As a Service Dispatcher, you will work closely with various stakeholders in order to ensure customer satisfaction and prepare decision-making for the regional service manager to provide a basis for quotations.

You will also:

Approve the Technicians’ work time, daily Collect and compile information regarding warranty issues Keep customer contacts, contract conditions and maintenance plans up to date Cooperate with regional service managers to ensure efficient and profitable operations.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education:

At least high school education.

Experience:

At least 1- 2 years experience in a similar role.

Competencies:

As a person you are organised, structured and service minded.We hope you are a keen team player with the ability to plan efficient service delivery. You will also have to be a strong communicator who is:

Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken Well-aware of emergency processes and procedures Ability to plan efficient service execution.
