That is why we are currently searching for an Operations Agent - Student Worker to our German team for all our three tracks: Care, Success and Risk.

What you will be doing

Being an Operations Student Worker at Anyfin consists of three major areas: 

Analysing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers.  Handling inbound communication with customers via email, phone, chat and social media.  Handling outbound communication to increase our customer base. 

In addition, we offer three different development tracks in the Operations team. These are: Risk, Care and Success. We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis. 

Who you are

You have excellent communication skills in German and English  You are keen to learn and willing to take initiative  You are self-motivated, fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you  You are willing to work between 15-20 hours/week (with start as soon as possible)

Who are we?

What do we do?

Anyfin is a smart financial-app where you get a great overview of your spendings, income, subscriptions and much more. We also provide a service that helps lowering the cost of consumer loans and credits by reducing high interests, and removing unnecessary fees. Overall, the app is a great tool to understand your finances better.
