Job Description

As the Manager of Reward, you play a strategic role in the People Life Cycle team, ensuring business relevance for all initiatives. You are responsible for creating Total Rewards strategies and programs that align with business, market, and colleague needs. By leading a team with expertise in compensation, pensions & benefits, job framework, mobility, and executive remuneration, you enable HR and leaders to deliver consistent experiences, attract and retain talent, and drive organizational success.

Key responsibilities:

Design and Lead Total Rewards strategy and governance, overseeing compensation, benefits, job framework, mobility, and executive remuneration. Lead and manage a team of HR specialists, being accountable for the team's deliverables, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources, ensuring performance, priorities and workload distribution. Secure the strategic design and deliverables of Reward in cooperation with relevant teams, securing the HR mission of ‘Enabling people through high quality colleague experience Ensure consistent delivery of Total Rewards across the organization through process, systems and high-quality experience. Hold the total strategic responsibility for Reward as an area, including digital Implementation. Design and deliver Reward processes, practices and initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams, aligning with our HR mission. Collaborate with stakeholders in People Life Cycle, People Identity and Specialist partners globally to ensure continuous improvement in processes and services.

Qualifications

As a Manager of Rewards, you are a strategic thinker in the field of Total Rewards, with deep operational experience and an understanding of its impact on organizational objectives.

Your focus is on designing and implementing comprehensive Total Rewards strategies, programs and processes that are aligned with market trends and regulatory requirements. You exhibit strong leadership skills and can collaborate effectively with HR and business leaders and you have a thorough understanding and experience of Total Rewards for all different employee personas, globally.

On top of this you have:

Strong experience and proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams Solid experience from having worked as an advisory partner regarding Total Rewards to HR and business leaders on all levels, including executive management Experience from having worked and navigated successfully in a matrix organization with high level of complexity Extensive experience in HR management or related roles, with a focus on Total Rewards, Compensation& Benefits, or other related area. Proven experience in developing and implementing total rewards practices, such as compensation principles, executive remuneration practices, pension and benefits administration, and global mobility policies. Relevant experience from implementing and managing Total Rewards technology Formal education within HR field, Finance or Business

Additional Information

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm with start date as soon as possible. You will report to Head of People Life Cycle.
