Job Description

As our Affiliate & Influencer Specialist you are responsible for setting, steering, driving, and implementing an affiliate and influencer marketing strategy on a global level for & Other Stories that is aligned with our customer acquisition targets, sales goals & overall marketing plan. You will belong to the Global Media & CRM Team within Brand & Marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, managing, executing, measuring, and optimizing our affiliate and influencer marketing activities.
  • Making sure that how we work with influencers and paid partnerships in the channel is in line with overall plan.
  • Work with a data driven approach to define and analyze key metrics and take actions accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize the affiliate budget towards set business goals.
  • Collaborate with influencer community coordinator(s) and oversee influencer seeding.
  • You will also work long term and continuously develop the digital strategy, to find new ways to optimize both high- and low funnel activities.

You have a passion for digital trends and working with affiliate and influencer marketing. Finally, you are guided by our values in all that you do, and together with your colleagues you are responsible for keeping the values alive and as a guide in your everyday work.

 What you need to succeed:

  • Several years of experience in the fashion affiliate and influencer marketing space at an agency or in-house.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the affiliate landscape and affiliate marketing tools as well as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with affiliate and influencer marketing strategy.
  • Strong partnership management skills as well as effective sales & negotiation skills.

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Stockholm Atelier, starting as soon as possible.
