Your New Role…
The Photo Coordinator is part of the Nordic Studio team and is responsible for coordinating and planning local Key Art shoots for Marketing. Tasks include organising workflows, production processes and manage folder structures and asset deliveries.
You will be the main point of contact for suppliers and production companies to ensure that production is planned, delivered on time and on budget whilst working closely with the creative team and/or other internal stakeholders.
You have experience in image management, setting up shoots and an eye for which images create the best marketing for our programs, profiles and brands.
This is a maternity cover contract with a start date in August 2024, lasting for approximately 12 months.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Overall responsibility for coordinating the entire production process Plan and organise photo shoots – booking crew and talent Main point of contact for sharing key art internally and externally Deliver all completed assets to our DAM system. Upload press images from production companies. Responsible for production timelines and delivery deadlines Point of contact for sharing assets across the Nordic region Experience using Adobe package and AI Continuous and proactive dialogue with photographers and production companies Responsible for Key Art budgetsQualifications & Experience…
Management of asset systems, Adobe and AI Experienced still production and has a creative flair Has a contact network of photographers, stylists, HMUA etc Is creative and sees the solution before the problem Is very structured and can switch between strategic and operational work Express yourself well, writing in both Swedish and English Has relevant education and work experience Enjoys working in a challenging, fast paced environment within a Nordic team Great team-player, but also able to take the leadHow We Get Things Done…
