About the assignment:

Group Credit Management's vision for the Credit Decision Data Initiative is to support our automation strategy and achieve Digital Operational Excellence. Our goal is to establish a secure data foundation for digital operations, enabling unbiased decision-making and freeing up time for value-added tasks. This will enhance our ability to deliver insights-based services and improve the customer experience.

Our strategic plan involves creating a data-driven credit management foundation for non-retail customers, facilitating fully or partially automated credit decisions and reporting. We aim to maintain an updated, integrated, and digitalized data service capability with relevant, compliant, and easily accessible customer and credit data.

Your profile:

Senior Business Architect for Information Architecture and ways of working

Drive and develop a Business Driven "Service Oriented Architecture" with contextual and repeatable components that can become digitalized through state management and task orchestration to ensure our employees are being pulled in to do the right thing with the right information at the right time. Critical to have the skills and capacity to design reusable components that enables exponential growth.

Enable and drive digitalization of Business Lineage from an integrated BPM and Data Governance perspective (i.e., ensure adherence to BPM guideline, Data Governance Recipes).

Ensure the "vertical lineage" becomes measurable and possible to systematically validate over time through chosen methodology (governed by manual verification or by automation). Ensure architecture is signal/event-driven and data-driven from its outset.

Strong and proven ability to deliver high quality work, combining ability of strategic development with operational hands-on as our initiative will require high momentum and continuous deliverables with short deadlines.

Multidisciplinary background required with solid track record of bridging Business and IT together, preferably both from Banking/Financial industry as well as from tech startups and/or Industrials sector where industrialization have come further. Must have solid track record of Architecture bridging into practical hands-on solutioning.

Documented experience bridging end-user experience to back-end orchestration is a must. Documented track record from Microsoft eco-system is a must given that our employees “first entry point of work” is through Office.

Documented successful experience from working with Nordea or proven complicated context requiring scalable and flexible solutions is a must given our multidimensional complex environment, frameworks and regulatory requirements.
