We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. HSE Coordinator to oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our sites and field service operations in the Nordics region.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead HSE initiatives across the sites and field service operations in the Nordics, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Deliver and manage HSE training programs for employees.

Maintain legal registers for operations in the Nordics.

Conduct field visits within the Nordics region and Mainland Europe to assess HSE practices, up to 30% of the time.

Manage the chemical management system and environmental requirements.

Support risk assessment development for the region.

Participate in HSE projects and initiatives across the wider CNE region.

Assist in incident investigations and support Operations team with HSE assessments.

Maintain and coordinate the Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS).

Create and deliver KPI reports and presentations for the Nordics operations team.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Fluent in Swedish and English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.

Local HSE certificate required (requirement to be determined prior to posting).

Knowledge and experience with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and HSE regulatory framework.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience working with multiple sites and field service operations is desired, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration skills.
