Deine Rolle / Was wirst Du tun?
Als MSD Development Consultant begeisterst Du Dich für die Ausgestaltung moderner CRM Systeme für maßgeschneiderte Kundenlösungen und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie die Wartung der produktiven Anwendungen. Dein Ziel ist die umfassende professionelle Beratung, State-of-the-Art-Entwicklung und Support entlang unserer Service Level Agreements und den dazugehörigen Richtlinien der MS Dynamics Plattform. Diese Architektur ist in unsere hochautomatisierte und integrierte IT-Landschaft eingebettet. Deine Arbeit ist daher geprägt von einem internationalen IT-Umfeld.
Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres Microsoft Dynamics CRM System im B2B Bereich Als MSD Development Consultant unterstützt Du kundenseitige Business Product Owner und CRM-Spezialisten bei der Umsetzung nachhaltiger technischer Lösungen, u.a. erweiterst Du Dynamics Standard Module durch Customizing, sowie JavaScript und C# Funktionen Du gewährleistest eine hohe Code-Qualität (Clean Code) und Qualitätssicherung (Testing) durch die Anwendung gängiger Methoden und Praktiken Du kümmerst Dich um die Bündelung und Harmonisierung von Anforderungen inkl. Aufwands- und Implementierungszeitschätzungen Du bearbeitest und löst Supportfälle, die von Product Owner und CRM-Spezialisten gemeldet werden Neben der Betreuung von Schnittstellen zu anderen Applikationen (z. B. SAP, Reporting Services) treibst Du die Weiterentwicklung integrativer Komponenten (z.B. Web-Frontends sowie Backend¬- und Datenbankentwicklung) voran Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um eine nahtlose Integration mit anderen Systemen sicherzustellen Location

Dein Profil / Wer bist Du?
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konfiguration, Weiterentwicklung und Verwaltung von Microsoft Dynamics /CRM-Systemen. Fundiertes Wissen über Dynamics /CRM, einschließlich der Module Sales, Customer Service und Marketing. Erfahrung mit Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Azure, SQL Server und anderen relevanten Technologien. Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering Fähigkeit, technische Probleme zu diagnostizieren und zu beheben, sowie proaktive Ansätze zur Systemoptimierung. Tiefes Verständnis von Plugin-Entwicklung, JavaScript-Entwicklung und Solutiondesign, sowie von CI/CD Erfahrungen mit folgenden Technologien: .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Powershell Skripte, HTML, Git-Flow Relevante Microsoft-Zertifizierungen wie Microsoft Certified: Dynamics Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics + Power Platform Solution Architect sind von Vorteil.
