Vi söker en Project and Sales Controller som kommer att stödja vår säljavdelning under den kommersiella anbudsprocessen och samtidigt arbeta med projekt tillsammans med vårt team av ekonomicontrollers. Då kan tjänsten som Project and Sales Controller vara rätt för dig Utmaningen Som vår Project and Sales Controller kommer du att stötta komplexa försäljningsprocesser och projekt från ett ekonomiskt och kommersiellt perspektiv. Ditt arbete kommer att omfatta allt från riskbedömningar till affärsstrategier, där du säkerställer att våra projekt och kontrakt är både lönsamma och hållbara. Med en känsla för detaljer och strategi bidrar du till bättre affärsbeslut redan i anbudsfasen och följer projekten i utförandefasen. Vem är du? För att lyckas i rollen har du en ekonomiutbildning på högskolenivå samt några års arbetslivserfarenhet i en tjänst som projekt controller eller liknande. Vi tror att du har erfarenhet och kunskap av SAP/R3 och MS Excel samt kunskaper i entreprenadsjuridik som exempelvis AB04/ABT06.Som person är du driven, engagerad och målinriktad. Du trivs i en organisation där det händer mycket och där förändring är en del av vardagen. Du är strukturerad, kan prioritera och har ett öga för att se möjligheter till förbättring. Du kan arbeta självständigt, är flexibel och beredd att hantera alla typer av arbetsuppgifter, högt som lågt inom ditt område. Vi tror att du är duktig på att hantera relationer och kan utrycka dig väl på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Dina ansvarsområden kommer att vara: Stötta säljavdelningen under anbudsprocessen med riskanalys, kreditvärdighet samt kommersiella och juridiska aspekter. Du ansvarar för att effektivisera kapitalhanteringen och säkerställa en sund cashflow. Leda projektmöten tillsammans med projektledare och säkerställa dokumentation enligt vårt verksamhetssystem. Hantera diskussioner om eventuella krav (Claims) med både leverantörer och kunder. Säkerställa att projekt och kontrakt följer interna och externa riktlinjer och principer. Hantera projektredovisning i SAP-systemet, inklusive projektupplägg, projektavslut, fakturering och eventuella kalkylförändringar. Kontinuerligt förbättra och utveckla processerna för att minimera felkostnader. Ansvara för utfallsrapportering, uppföljning och analys av projekt, inklusive budget och prognos.
