We are looking for an inspiring and result-oriented Team Leader to join our Swedish team in Welcoming and Orchestration Services within Technology & Services. This is an opportunity to work in a very fast-changing environment with the focus of delivering operational tasks within the SLA for onboarding new Business customers to Danske Bank.

Main tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for a team of 13 and work diligently with employees’ motivation at work and continuous development, as well as for quality, delivery, and other performance targets. Your focus areas are to secure steady deliveries, process- optimization and confirmations via Gemba’s, problem solving, and collaboration with our Implementation & Analysis team as well as the local team leaders in the other team leads in the Nordic countries.

Reach our targets and ensure great customer experiences
We are looking for an experienced professional who will lead, motivate, and ensure engagement, talent growth, and development of the team. You need to ensure a high level of quality in the services provided by your team. A part of your role is to provide input to our CI-community and work within the frames of Operational Excellence. 
It is relevant to improve services and processes according to our plan while effectively leading your team through continuous change. Together with the leadership team, you will need to plan and distribute workload to reach our targets and ensure great customer experiences.

Taking the initiative in supporting and driving improvements
You are flexible and collaborative team member with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. Being proactive is one of your abilities, as well as taking the initiative in supporting and driving improvements. You maintain composure in a dynamic work environment while keeping a positive and engaging team spirit. You thrive at managing daily operational tasks with a customer and quality orientation. In addition, you have developed communication, planning and organisational skills.

Regarding your professional role you should have:

2+ years of experience in the leadership and people management areas Experience with operations management Advanced English skills and fluent in Swedish
