We are seeking a passionate and innovative Process Analyst to join our team and support our vision of continuous improvement and excellence in business processes.
Your ImpactAs a Process Analyst in the Automation Office, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Ikano Bank to identify, assess, and deliver automation solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity. You’ll work closely with partners and suppliers to design solutions that are not only innovative but also meet regulatory and business needs.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technology, ensuring that process improvement efforts lead to sustainable, long-term success.
To excel in this role, a strong business acumen is essential, coupled with a deep understanding of our banking operations. You must possess the capability to translate business requirements seamlessly into innovative technology solutions. Effective presentation and communication skills within the Automation domain are paramount for success. Moreover, the ability to articulate business needs to solution architects, developers, and other technical personnel is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders from department heads to co-workers to identify areas for improvement through automation.
- Lead process improvement efforts throughout the automation lifecycle, from process analysis to solution delivery.
- Design and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, partnering with IT to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to assess potential automation solutions and their impact on operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the Automation Office and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on automation initiatives.
- Stay ahead of automation trends, ensuring Ikano Bank continues to innovate and optimize its operations.

Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in business process analysis and automation, with expertise in tools like UiPath, Power Platform, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN standards.
- A passion for innovation, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and deliver value through technology.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and an understanding of change management principles.
- Background in creating detailed documentation for business processes and requirements.
- Experience leading automation projects and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
