We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Capability team leader for Mortgages Technology in the Service Area Mass-Market Products to join our team in Mortgages Technology. As our Capability Team Lead, you’ll play a critical role contributing to our technical solutions as well as to our culture and people leadership. About this opportunity

As Technology Capability Team Leader for QA & Testing, you’ll play a critical role in building and enabling a high performing team of QA & Testing professionals to support the Mortgage domain to achieve our goals in an efficient and quality assured manner.

What you’ll be doing:

Setting the direction and vision for QA & Testing practice for all products/services, ensuring QA & Testing excellence that is aligned with our standards. Leading a team of QA & Testing professionals who are part of our agile delivery teams. Work closely together with our Delivery Lead and taking an active support role in delivering needed customer solutions provided by the end-to-end teams. Engaging, coaching and empowering people to achieve agreed deliverables and goals Collaborating and enable quality assurance of business requirements to secure clear functional design  Actively demonstrating focus on business needs and finding technical solutions to solve those needs. Contributing to a culture in which the teams take full responsibility for delivering working software, all the way from definition to quality assurance and into production.


You’ll join the Service Domain leadership team for Mortgages Technology and spend approximately half your time as a capability and people leader, and the other half taking an active part in our deliveries. The role is based in Gdynia; Copenhagen; Gdańsk; Helsinki; Stockholm; Warszawa; Łódź.

Your experience and background: 

7+ years of experience in a quality assurance and testing leadership role overseeing all aspects of software quality assurance and testing lifecycle in a complex set-up  Alternatively, a strong individual contributor in a senior quality assurance and testing specialist role (e.g. test manager, test lead) The ability to create, communicate, anchor and implement test vision and plans  Experience and expertise in QA & Testing (hands-on work experience being a test lead/test manager, knowledge of the processes and the tools of the trade in QA & Testing space) Self-driven with ability to work independently and under own initiative  Professional experience in delivering and understanding the lifecycle of business software and what it takes to make long lasting solutions Strong communication skills, curious and positive mindset and a proactive approach  Degree in computer science, engineering, financials or relevant experience
