Vi söker dig som har stor entusiasm för försäljning. Du har ett stort socialt batteri och är ständigt i jakt efter nya kontakter och nätverk - du inleder samtal för att förvandla nyfikna företagare till nöjda, långsiktiga, kunder. Din charm är oslagbar och enligt dig är försäljningsmål är till för överträffas.

Du har en stor passion för vårt sortiment och våra produkter på IKEA. För att trivas i vårt team är värderingarna på IKEA något du har i ryggraden; en stark känsla för entreprenörskap, att jobba tillsammans med kollegor och ett gott självledarskap är fundamentet av vårt team här i Malmö. Du kommer behöva ta mycket eget ansvar och leda med dig själv som det goda exemplet.

Att jobba som utesäljare innebär att du skapar relationer med nya företagskunder och säljer in våra tjänster. Din arbetsplats är på varuhuset och ute hos våra kunder. Du bidrar till att säkra en kundupplevelse som överträffar företagskundens förväntningar samt skapar långsiktiga samarbeten med våra företagskunder för att säkra en hållbar och lönsam tillväxt.

Vidare kommer du jobba med:

· Att sälja och skapa relationer till nya företag
· Aktivt söker upp och kvalificerar nya relevanta företagskunder, via telefon, mail och personliga möten
· Bygga upp förtroendefulla relationer med nya kunder, inleda samarbeten för att sedan slussa över till dina kollegor
· Tillhandahålla relevanta aktiviteter för att utveckla relationen och försäljningen med nya kunder
· I det dagliga arbetet aktivt arbeta för att nå avdelningens mål

VÅRT TEAM INOM IKEA

Vårt team på avdelningen består av säljare, inredare och kundansvariga som alla drivs av att skapa unika, inspirerande och bekväma möten med såväl nya som befintliga företagskunder. Vi inreder allt från frisörsalonger och kontor till butiker, restauranger och hotell. Vi vill hjälpa våra kunder hela vägen, med allt från inköp i vardagen till större projekt. Vår ambition är att våra kunder ska få funktionella, prisvärda och mer hållbara lösningar, med omtanke om människor och planet.

Tjänsten är på heltid 38,25t/v, måndag till fredag, kvälls och helgarbete kan förekomma men ingår inte i ordinarie schema. Tillträde sker den andra september eller enligt överenskommelse. Som utesäljare på IKEA går du under Unionens avtalsområde med en fast månadslön. I denna roll har du ingen provision.

Bra att veta om denna rekrytering:
