In your future role as Logistics Specialist, you will

be responsible for completion of daily end-to-end road shipment activities for the region. The position will be based at our Nordic Business Center in Gothenburg. You will be part of a skilled team that performs all transportation planning, executing, and monitoring including reporting and preparing export documentation for road shipments.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor shipments and resolve shipment exceptions and complications as they arise. Track and monitor logistics provider, customer, and organization logistics KPIs and cost performance. Establish and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders, logistics providers and government agencies. Support process improvements within supply chain

 
We believe you bring

Bachelor Degree in logistic / supply chain or related discipline Experience in logistics / supply chain. Experience with chemical companies is preferred. Knowledge in performing logistics road logistics activities Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and quickly develop a solution Understanding of the modal transport market Working knowledge and history of using computers and general business management programs (MS Excel, Word) Language: Swedish and English both written and spoken

Great if you have

Experience with chemical companies Experience with carrier relationship management  Good experience of programs specific to logistics (SAP, TMS, WMS)
