In your future role as Logistics Supervisor Road you will



be leading a team of 5 to 6 specialists responsible for completion of daily end-to-end road shipments activities for the region, ensuring adherence to our processes and in alignment with cost and service targets. You are responsible for the performance and operations of your team and are committed to development and growth of your team members and will lead by example. You are expected to build strong internal as well as external relationships with all our different stakeholders.Your team is responsible for validation of availability and to secure transport mode capacity in alignment with expected volumes and forecasts on business line level. You as a supervisor together with your manager and your peers will support the implementation of process improvement and cost improvement measures to drive operational efficiency, discipline and service and by doing so ensure timely execution of all shipments to meet customer and stakeholder’s needs. The supervisor role also includes KPI monitoring and performance meetings with the vendors we use.

We believe you bring

Great experience in logistics / supply chain with a preference for having experience in managing teams.  Demonstrated knowledge and leadership experience in managing logistics activities for a functional team Experience identifying and executing process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cost and / or improving service level Strong working knowledge and history of using computers and programs specific to logistics (SAP, TMS, WMS) and to general business management (MS Excel, Word)  Experience with logistics providers, customs brokers, and government agency relationship management and performance evaluations Demonstrated understanding of international shipping requirements in the supported countries within the EMEA region Understanding of import and export activities Proficiency both in English and Swedish
