Vi söker en resultatorienterad och ambitiös butikschef som ska ha en nyckelroll i att säkerställa den goda upplevelsen för våra kunder och samtidigt skapa en gedigen utveckling och positiva resultat. 

Som ny butikschef hos oss kommer du att ansvara för driften av vår nya NAME IT-butik i Emporia i Malmö. I ditt ansvar ingår allt från utveckling och ledning av medarbetare, daglig service av våra kunder till uppföljning av lager och försäljningssiffror. Som en del av din start-up kommer du att genomgå en utbildning där du kommer att utöka dina kunskaper om butikens nyckeltal, kommersiell Merchandising samt daglig försäljning och butiksdrift. 

Ansvarområden:

Utbilda och motivera din personal 

Operativa uppgifter som planering, prioritering och uppföljning 

Planering av försäljningsaktiviteter i butiken 

Att säkerställa att våra kunder är i fokus och alltid känner sig välkomna 

Att tillhandahålla en dynamisk och inspirerande butik.

För att lyckas och trivas i rollen är det viktigt att du kan ta ledningen och lyckas motivera och få fram det bästa hos dina medarbetare. Du vet att butikens framgång beror på hela teamets ansträngningar, och du vet hur du kan dra nytta av ditt teams potential.

Du spelar en central roll i butikens fortsatta framgång och därför är det naturligtvis också avgörande för oss att du motiveras av att skapa resultat och se dina egna insatser göra skillnad. 

Vidare ser vi att du har följande kvalifikationer: 

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av detaljhandeln 

Erfarenhet av att leda personal 

Känsla för siffror och gott affärsmannaskap 

Bekant med Microsoft Office-paketet

Anställningsform 

Tjänsten är ett vikariat på 100% med start september 2024 tillochmed 2025-04-30, med chans till eventuell förlängning.
