We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and assist a Swedish furniture and home goods company in planning, driving, and delivering one or two assigned projects related to CXA work in OMP. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the set expectations and priorities, including time, cost, scope, and quality. You will also be responsible for identifying, mitigating, monitoring, and controlling risks to keep projects on track and creating awareness on time in case of issues.

In this role, you will manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organization to ensure common expectations. You will drive continuous improvement of quality and performance in assigned projects in agreement with the assigned Senior Project Leader for the project to ensure outcomes are met. Additionally, you will plan and follow up on stakeholders to ensure alignment and harmonized expectations.

The ideal candidate will have good industry-based basic project management skills to drive an innovation-based effort that requires collaboration with multiple parties. The candidate should be collaborative, possess good project management skills, and be willing to learn.
