Welcome to a driven, focused, productive, and creative, digital team at American Express.

In this role you will help manage the daily planning, maintenance, and development of our digital capabilities and third-party relationships connected to our digital solutions. On top of this you will be point of contact for some of the local, central, and international teams we help supply with these third-party capabilities, and project lead different initiatives. You will work both proactive and reactive, oversee and develop our digital solutions as needs and circumstances evolve.

Help drive engagement with card members in our digital channels, create seamless encounters that builds trust and loyalty. Reduce manual servicing through digital enablement. Introduce successful developments and streamline processes across international. Roll out both existing and new features across international. Keep our stakeholders and company values and goals close to us. Always want to improve and do better, perform retrospect’s and follow up on procedures, efficiency, and results. Have fun and challenge ourselves to always be creative and solutions oriented.
