We have Solution Architects, Application Consultants, Technical Architects as well as Business Process Leads. We Primarily work with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) with Finance, Supply Chain, Production and Retail Processes to name a few. We often collaborate with other Avanade Practices, who are skilled in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Analytics, Azure integration services and Change Management.

This role provides the opportunity to work for the Microsoft 1 Partner, with an unrivalled focus on development, global opportunities as well as a dedicated career advisor to support you through your career progression.We are looking for someone with * A strong background from D365 F&O consulting and a deep understanding of the D365 ERP value-chain. * Leading projects requiring significant coordination, with the freedom to use your own discernment and methodologies. * Experience managing/leading teams both onshore and offshore. * Experience from reviewing your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test). * Previous knowledge from designing conceptual architecture and functional and/or technical solutions for large complex technology projects.* Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder. * Results oriented, self-directed ability to drive change in a complex environment and a strong business acumen. * Excellent interpersonal and presentational. * Strong time management skills. * Resilient, flexible, able to work autonomously and in teams. * Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.As an ERP D365 Functional Architect, you are client-facing, responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. You will act as an advocate for the client; you are the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. You will * Establish ERP architecture by integrating ERP solutions across functional lines. * Create and implement work plans for assigned projects, programs, and/or clients against established operational objectives; supports translation of group strategy into objectives and work plans. * Support the sales team in deal shaping and increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements. * Maintain project team accomplishments by establishing and monitoring milestones; communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports. * Validate ERP system performance by defining metrics to measure business and operations systems success. * Prepare clients to use ERP solution by analyzing business and operations changes; re-defining new responsibilities and actions; defining training and re-training programs. * Manage customer relationship by providing support; communicating ERP standards; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues.Some of the best things about working at Avanade * Pathway to work on industry leading programs of work.* Opportunity to work with global customers. * A people-first culture that supports innovation to push teams in new directions. * Quickly turn your ideas to human impact by cultivating a team that will help clients unlock what’s next. * Real-time access to technical and skilled resources globally. * Flexible work arrangements.
