Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Waiter to join our team at Restaurant Fei. Do you want to create unforgettable experiences for the restaurant’s guests and always strive to deliver a high  standards of service to all our guests. Join our journey to become the spearhead of Chinese cuisine in the Nordics 
 

Who are you?

We believe that you love service and creating world-class food and beverage experiences. You are a team player, thrive in dynamic settings, and possess exceptional communication skills that both inspire and motivate those around you. Your attention to detail ensures that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.

You have a knack for problem-solving and are adept at handling the challenges that could take place  during a busy night. Your passion for the hospitality industry drives you to continuously seek ways to improve and innovate, and your excellent communication skills ensure seamless interactions with both guests and colleagues. You speak both Swedish and English and it’s a bonus if you can speak Chinese.

The role includes:

• Expected to be operational and capable and willing to perform all tasks carried out by the restaurant manager
• Working hours is scheduled for evenings and weekends.
• strive to do up-selling within the department.
• Being updated and knowledgeable in the hotel's fire and safety routines.
• Ensuring that the company's policy is followed 
• Cash handling (a separate instruction must be signed by all staff).

Terms of employment
