Om rollen
I den här rollen kommer du vara en nära samarbetspartner till ledningsteamet och tillsammans med oss driva och utveckla verksamheten. Du kommer vara den förlängda armen i många olika frågor och en viktig person för att skapa ett effektivt arbete och därmed bidra till direkt affärsnytta.

I ditt dagliga arbete ingår bland annat att:

Ansvara, samordna och koordinera centrala initiativ inom EIS Commercial Vara del i EIS Commercial ledningsgrupp och bidra till utveckling i ledningsgruppen Planera, koordinera och följa upp möten, leverantörs/kundbesök, events och konferenser ansvara för mejl, kalender, mötesbokningar, boka resor och administration såsom faktura och beställningar Ansvara för att driva och koordinera förbättringsprojekt Ingå i ett administrativt nätverk inom E.ON

För att trivas i rollen är det viktigt att du kan driva ditt arbete självständigt och tar stort ansvar. Du arbetar strukturerat med en vilja att förbättra.

Ett krav för rollen är att du har gedigen erfarenhet av digitala arbetsverktyg och system och du ser positivt på att nyttja din kompetens för att utveckla vårt framtida arbetssätt.
