Could you be the full-time onsite Industrial controller in Vasteras, SE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, analytical teammates. You'll deploy cost management instruction's application (Fi07) through the best allocation of FTEs & costs, and drive associated cost focus & productivity initiatives (action plan monitoring). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Procurement, Industrial operations & Supply Chain), coordinate and participate in the Fiscal Year new standard price calculation and analysis and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating budgeting and relevant monthly reporting activities for the Operations Métiers/Functions including Engineering, Procurement, Industrial operations & Supply Chain,

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives,

  • Maintaining associated scorecards reconciling financials with operations KPIs and working with Operations to improve the reliability of financials,

  • Ensuring Industrial, Supply chain, and Procurement function costs are in line with the site's commitments,

  • Leading Hourly rates/Coefficient orchestration activities ensuring right recovery and utilization-occupancy management,

  • Co-driving hard inventory valuation and action plans with the Site's management,

  • Participating in monthly closing activities such as inventories and work orders,

  • Supporting external audit processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations,

  • Ensuring Operations Finance Standards are consistently applied across the board,

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,

  • Experience or understanding of industrial controlling, cost management, and productivity initiatives.,

  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and standard price calculation.,

  • Familiarity with Operations Finance Standards and financial reconciliation processes.,

  • Resilience in managing complex financial data and driving action plans.,

  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest financial practices and regulations.,

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools for monthly closing activities and audit support.,

  • Adaptability to changing financial environments and business needs.,

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English & Swedish
