About the role  

Aira is looking for an interim Group Business Controller, while our present colleague is off enjoying parental leave for 6 months. The assignment will start 1st of April and the main focus in the role during this period of time will be to support the organization to reach the financial targets and foster a sound and solid business controlling practice. You will report directly to Head of Business Control and work closely with all key stakeholders of the business.

What you’ll be focusing on

Monthly financial analysis for the group and the Swedish unitMonthly financial reviews of all areas (MFR)Monthly reporting to board (financial and operational reporting)Short term financial planning with yearly budgets (autumn) and quarterly forecastsLong term financial planning support and bouncing boardBusiness case calculations to evaluate business opportunitiesGeneral support to our central and local finance teamsCross collaboration with service operations and commercial connected to operational performance

Who are you

Senior business controller with at least 8-15 years of experienceExperience from working at a HQ in an international companyFluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writingExperience from working as an interim consultantPreferably experience from an entrepreneurial environment
