Unsere Customer IT entwickelt und betreibt in enger Kooperation mit Fachabteilungen spezialisierte IT-Lösungen um Mehrwert für unsere mehr als 5 Millionen nationalen Endverbraucher zu schaffen. Die Customer-IT ist dabei in Deutschland auf fünf Teams mit Kolleg:innen sowohl in Hamburg als auch in Berlin aufgeteilt. Wir suchen derzeit nach dem oder der neuen Manager:in Customer Analytics Deutschland .

Unser Customer Analytics Team besteht aus mehr als hochspezialisierten Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Application Consultants, Entwickler:innen und ML-Engineers. Das schlagkräftige Team zeichnet sich durch seine breite Aufstellung, unterschiedliche Karrierewege sowie eine hohe Fach- und Prozesskompetenz aus. Sein Anspruch ist, die gesamte internationale Vattenfall Gruppe an der „Grenze des technisch machbaren“ zu befähigen.

Du übernimmst ein eingespieltes Team und bist operativ verantwortlich für ein Portfolio unterschiedlicher Services, das von SAP BWonHANA bis hin zu verschiedenen Eigenentwicklungen oder Data Lake Anwendungen in unserer Microsoft Azure Plattform reicht. Du bleibst dabei im engen Austausch mit den Kolleg:innen der Fachabteilungen, um bestehende Anforderungen zu schärfen, neue Erwartungen zu antizipieren oder zukünftige BI / ML / AI-Initiativen zu inspirieren.

Dein Team hat sich innerhalb der Vattenfall den Ruf erarbeitet, Businesserwartungen in kreative und effiziente Azure Cloud IT-Lösungen umsetzten zu können. Dazu wird die Databricks Technologie genauso genutzt wie unterschiedliche AI-Services in Azure oder moderne und ggf. speziell trainierte Large Language Modelle. Das Team zeichnet sich auch durch eine breit aufgestellte Codierungskompetenz aus. Von Python, R, Spark, PySpark, C#, Java bis hin zu SAP ABAP ist alles möglich Die unterschiedlichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen werden von dir gezielt entwickelt und im Rahmen unserer Digitalisierungsziele eingesetzt

Deine Herausforderungen in den nächsten 6 – Monaten

Gewinn neuer Kolleg:innen und inhaltliche Entwicklung des bestehenden Teams. Identifizierung und Priorisierung mittel- bis langfristiger BI / ML / AI-Anforderungen (Kapazität, Kompetenz) und Ableitung der notwendigen Maßnahmen. Fortführung und aktive Unterstützung laufender Entwicklungen und Projekte wie z.B. die Implementierung eines neuen operativen Contact Center Reportings. Agieren als System Manager für eigene SLA mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Performance, Verfügbarkeit und konsumierte Azure Ressourcen. Etablierung belastbarer Kontakte zu den Kolleg:innen in den Fachbereichen mit dem Ziel, Business Anforderungen zu erkennen und zu verfeinern. Unterstützung der Vattenfall Gruppe bei der Erschließung perspektivischer GenAI- und Digitalisierungspotentiale

Deine Verantwortlichkeit

Operative und strategische Führung einer diversen Gruppe hochprofessioneller IT-Experten. Gewährleistung der vereinbarten Service Level. Wirksame Priorisierung und personelle Ausstattung laufender Projekte und Entwicklungsvorhaben. Aufbau und Pflege eines belastbaren Netzwerks innerhalb der internationalen Vattenfall IT und mit Kolleg:innen der Fachabteilungen. Einhaltung des Team-Budgets und weiterer operativer KPIs. Unterstützung der internationalen Vattenfall Organisation bei ausgewählten BI / AI / ML-Themen.

Du verfügst über einen akademischen Abschluss in Informatik/ Computer Science, Information Management, Enterprise Automation oder einem ähnlichen natur- bzw. ingenieurwissenschaftlichem Fachgebiet und kannst auf eine langjährige erfolgreiche Karriere in diesem Bereich zurückblicken.

Du argumentierst mit den Entwickler:innen, Data Engineers, Data Scientists auf Augenhöhe, d.h. du kannst und willst technischen Zusammenhänge durchdringen. Du beobachtest den Markt und kannst BI / AI / ML-Trends und wichtige Entwicklungen ableiten. Du hast in einer internationalen cross-funktionalen Organisation gearbeitet und Präsentationen auf CIO-Level sind für dich kein Problem. Du überzeugst im persönlichen Umgang mit deiner Authentizität, deiner Verbindlichkeit und Offenheit und lebst unsere Kernwerte: „Connect People, Accelerate Learning and Drive Innovation“.
