In this journey, we are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our global team of over 400 employees. The successful candidate will join our team working on design of digital campaigns for established and well-known brands.

About the role

As Junior Digital Designer at ShowHeroes you will have a key role in our creative team with a focus on the Nordic market. You will be part of a creative team with key accounts, production managers, senior digital designers, motion graphics, art directors and front end developers. Your role will primarily be to develop creative campaign proposals and digital campaign productions for our advertisers, adapted to our creative ad formats. You will get to work with everything from large well-known brands to smaller local advertisers, where we usually work together with both media agency, advertising agency and advertiser. Together we work to create innovative, engaging world-class brand experiences.

Tasks
  • Develop and visualize creative campaign proposals / mockups, based on the advertiser's needs/brief and ShowHeroes' ad format
  • Develop an appealing and user-friendly digital design based on the client's brief and graphic guidelines
  • Participate in creative client meetings and contribute innovative campaign ideas
  • Collaborate with production and the development team to ensure that the design vision is realized in the final production
  • Keep up to date with the latest design trends and tools in digital design
Requirements
  • Relevant training/education in graphic design, digital design or equivalent
  • Work experience from a creative agency (web agency, design agency or advertising agency) is meritorious (but not a requirement)
  • Strong portfolio that shows evidence of your confidence in form and creative ability
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Creative and innovative with a strong sense of detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present ideas in a convincing manner
