Zusammenfassung
Wir suchen einen hoch motivierten und erfahrenen Senior Wind Turbine Performance Engineer für unser Team. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windenergietechnik, Windenergieumwandlung und Datenanalyse. Er/Sie wird für die Erfassung, Analyse und Auswertung von SCADA-Daten der Turbinen verantwortlich sein, um technische Probleme, die die Leistung der Turbinen und des gesamten Windparks beeinträchtigen, zu identifizieren und zu beheben. Sie sind außerdem für die Entwicklung von Software-Tools und Prozessen zur Quantifizierung, Analyse und Nachverfolgung der Leistung des Windparks verantwortlich.
 
Hauptaufgaben: 

  • Setze deine Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse ein, um SCADA-Daten zu sammeln, zu verwalten, zu überprüfen und zu analysieren. Nutze diese Daten, um technische Probleme zu identifizieren, die sich auf die Leistung einzelner Turbinen und des gesamten Windparks auswirken. 
  • Du verfügst über ein umfassendes Verständnis der Windturbinentechnologie und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Erkenntnisse in klare und prägnante Berichte zu übersetzen. Erläutere, wie sich Änderungen an unseren Anlagen auf die Leistung, das Verhalten und die Fähigkeiten der Turbinen auswirken können. 
  • Du lieferst datengestützte Erkenntnisse und Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Leistung von Windenergieanlagen. Dazu gehört es, die Ursachen von Problemen zu ermitteln, technische Lösungen vorzuschlagen und deren Umsetzung zu überwachen. 
  • Kommuniziere deine Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen in Form von Präsentationen und Berichten effektiv an die Beteiligten. Sorge dafür, dass die Verbesserungspläne abgestimmt werden, um die Effizienz des Windparks zu maximieren. 
  • Entwickle innovative Softwaretools und Prozesse, um die Leistungsanalyse zu optimieren und den Zustand des Windparks zu überwachen. Priorisiere die Entwicklung von Tools, die eine frühzeitige Erkennung potenzieller Ausfälle von Turbinenkomponenten ermöglichen. 
  • Fördere eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung innerhalb des Leistungsteams, indem du dein Wissen und deine Erfahrung weitergibst. Darüber hinaus entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte Softwaretools zur Unterstützung der Teams für Asset Integrity und Site Operations. 
  • Demonstriere deine Fähigkeiten im Berichtswesen. Du bereitest standortspezifische Monatsberichte vor und trägst zu ihnen bei, wobei du die korrekte Datenübermittlung sicherstellst. Du unterstützt den Asset Manager monatlich mit parkspezifischen Berichten und Datenübertragungen. 
  • Führe Zuverlässigkeits- und Leistungskurventests für neu in Betrieb genommene Standorte durch und stelle sicher, dass sie die Leistungserwartungen erfüllen. 
  • Durchführung von Analysen, Überprüfungen und Berichten zum Ende der Garantiezeit in Übereinstimmung mit den spezifischen Anforderungen der verschiedenen Standorte. 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Asset-Integrity-Team, um bei Inspektionen von Windkraftanlagen umfassende Datenerhebungen und -analysen durchzuführen. 

 

Qualifikationen:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Fach, Physik, Ingenieurwesen und/oder mathematischen Studien.
  • Umfassendes technisches Verständnis der mechanischen und elektrischen Systeme von Windenergieanlagen (WEA), Ursachenanalyse, Zuverlässigkeitstechnik, Fehleranalyse, Turbinenverfügbarkeit, Leistung und Effizienzsteigerung
  • Hohe Kompetenz in kritischer Analyse und Problemlösung; in der Lage, mit umfangreichen Daten umzugehen, statistische Untersuchungen durchzuführen und fundierte, reproduzierbare Antworten auf komplizierte Fragen zu finden.
  • Mehr als 8 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in einem Unternehmen der Windbranche.
  • Kenntnisse über den Betrieb von Windparks und Windpark-SCADA-Systemen.
  • Kenntnisse in der Python-Programmierung.
  • Kommerzielles Bewusstsein, insbesondere für die Auswirkungen der Turbinenleistung und technischer Entscheidungen auf die Gesamtwirtschaftlichkeit des Projekts.
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Teamarbeit, Zeitmanagement und Organisation.
  • Fließende Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.

 
Zusätzliche bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung mit statistischer Analysesoftware wie R.
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-basierten Computing-Plattformen wie Azure und Databricks.
