About the role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will need to be hands-on in planning and able to work with marketing initiatives independently, while simultaneously being capable of juggling multiple tasks, such as getting our communications out to users, supporting with translations and copywriting, outbuilding our local social media presence, adapting advertising creatives to local languages, creating and building stronger driver communities, and last but not least, having a strong executional nerve on the local marketing campaigns which you will create together with the Nordic Marketing Manager.

You'll be a part of the Northern Europe Marketing Team and report to the Nordic Marketing Manager who is also based out of our Stockholm office.

Your daily adventures will include:

Assist in the execution of local marketing initiatives across the Nordics, supporting growth in each of our local markets. Help grow our local presence across the Nordics by understanding what resonates with the local audience, ensuring authentic communication, and supporting the edginess of the brand. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans across various verticals, understanding the basics of the marketing mix and funnel for an app-based consumer platform like Bolt. Translate business goals into actionable local campaigns aimed at user acquisition, conversion, and retention. Collaborate with different departments and central marketing teams, including performance, design, brand, lifecycle, social media, influencers, and growth to help execute global campaigns and ensure alignment and brand compliance. Assist in managing our local social media channels, launch communications such as push notifications, in-app messages, emails, and blog posts, and stay on top of all external marketing-related communication locally. Provide stakeholders and peers with structured reports, drawing conclusions and making recommendations based on key marketing metrics and data points

About you:

2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with app-based platforms or consumer brands. Basic experience in marketing, advertising, commercial, product, brand, or a similar field. Ability to assist in creating and executing local campaigns based on the overall marketing strategy that resonate with local audiences. Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns with an interest in impact and performance. Familiarity with marketing analytics and digital measurement metrics, and can assist in making data-based suggestions. Knowledge of metrics such as CAC, CPM, CPA, CTR, LTV, Reach, and Impressions is a plus. Experience working across several marketing disciplines simultaneously, prioritizing work efficiently, and clearly communicating expectations to internal stakeholders and peers. Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communication. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
