Mölnlycke is now looking for a Senior Global Project Manager  to our business area Wound Care to work in global cross-functional projects with impact on our business strategy within Wound Care

 

About the job

The purpose of this position is to lead complex cross-functional projects/programs and ensure that the projects have the prerequisites to deliver benefits according to the business plan and the specific project objectives.

 

Being responsible for the efficient setup and the management of projects you are as well accountable for multilateral stakeholder management related to project outcome across the whole company. 

 

You'll promote and train in project management best practice and excellence within the organization, being a role model with high business focus. For us it is crucial to drive continuous improvement in a changing environment and to ensure knowledge transfer within the organization.

 

These are the main accountabilities for this position
 

You’ll be responsible for that all assigned complex cross-functional projects are executed to deliver outcome, goals with regard to quality, time, cost and efficiency and meeting objectives according to the project plan.  

 

You’ll be responsible to promote and train in project management best practice within the organization

 

You’ll ensure leadership, team building and conflict resolution behaviours in cross-functional teams in order to assure that each individual can provide maximal contribution to the project

 

You’ll set up and organize cross functional project teams in order to deliver the required result

 

You’ll ensure active Stakeholder Management for involvement and commitment, communicate progress, flag risks and secure quality in project reporting

 

You’ll secure Risk management to handle insecurities and remove / mitigate risks

 

You’ll be responsible to drive Lesson Learned and secure knowledge transfer within the organization

 

You’ll be responsible to actively contribute to project portfolio management and in the business planning process with accurate data to update project, project portfolio management and quality management systems.

 

You’ll be responsible to actively train and support broader organization within area of expertise.
 

What you’ll need…

  • Min 10 years’ experience in Project Management, leading Research and Development activities or other highly project management related activities
  • Proven track record and leading and managing cross-functional and international projects with successful outcome
  • Profound project management tools and method skills to ensure efficient project set –up, management and outcome
  • Academic background with Bachelor, Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical Engineering or equal
  • Project management certification i.e. PMP or equivalent
  • Preferably min 3 years' experience within medical device industry, knowledge of processes within regulatory environment
  • Cross-functional collaborator with Excellent networking and communication
  • High business acumen, with analytical skills
  • Fluent in English – both verbal and written
