Role Overview
The consultant will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and delivering complete customer turnover documentation packages, ensuring they meet
GMP/GDocP
requirements and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain complete technical documentation packages.
- Ensure turnover documentation complies with GMP/GDocP requirements.
- Follow up with factories and stakeholders to collect required documentation.
- Work closely with Design, Automation, Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, and Product Owners .
- Coordinate with customers regarding documentation requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, properly organized, and readily accessible.
- Upload and maintain finalized documentation in Pims, Aida , or similar electronic document management systems.
- Handle sensitive technical information securely.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate their resolution. Mandatory Competencies 1. Attention to Detail – Accuracy and completeness of technical documentation. 2. Time Management – Ability to prioritize documentation activities and meet project deadlines. 3. Collaboration & Communication – Effective coordination with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers. Desired Competencies
- Problem-Solving – Identifying and resolving documentation gaps or inconsistencies.
- Customer Focus – Understanding and meeting internal and external customer documentation requirements. Technical / Domain Requirements Candidates should ideally have:
- Experience with food and/or pharmaceutical industry standards .
- Knowledge of GMP/GDocP documentation practices.
- Experience with Pims, Aida, or other electronic document management systems .
- Understanding of equipment design, manufacturing processes, and engineering workflows .
- Experience managing technical documentation/turnover packages in engineering or manufacturing projects.
