Office Manager

Great offices don't happen by accident – someone makes them happen. Quinyx is now looking for an Office & Workplace Experience Manager to turn our Stockholm office into a place people genuinely want to be.

About the role
You'll join our People team, reporting directly to the VP of People. This is a part-time role (75–80%) with a big remit. You'll keep our Stockholm office running smoothly and give it the energy, personality, and small moments that make people choose to come in. You'll also work with our offices in other countries, sharing vendors, rituals, and standards so every Quinyx office feels like Quinyx. To be honest, our Stockholm office could use more life. That's where you come in. This isn't a role for someone who waits to be asked. It's for someone who sees a broken lamp, a dull Thursday, or an overpriced supplier and just fixes it. You'll have the freedom to try things, and we'd rather you try and get it wrong than not try at all.

What you'll do
• Keep the Stockholm office running smoothly – when something breaks, you're on it with the right supplier within days, not weeks
• Create rituals and moments people look forward to, from weekly traditions to the unexpected (a Friday drink trolley, easter eggs hidden around the office, a surprise cake on a Thursday)
• Own our vendors and office costs – spot when we're overpaying, find better options, and keep us on budget
• Keep the essentials in shape, including risk assessments, office documentation, and the practical routines that keep the office safe and easy to use
• Work with our international offices on shared vendors, rituals, and standards, and lend a hand when they need it (with occasional travel) What we're looking for
• You don't need to have run an office before – this can even be your first job. What matters is who you are and how you work
• You know you love service and people, maybe from hospitality, retail, events, a student association, or anywhere else where making other people's day better was the job
• You're willing to work hard and learn fast – you pick things up quickly and you're not afraid to ask
• You enjoy juggling lots of different things at once and still get them over the line, including the boring bits
• You have an eye for detail and value – you notice when something's off, or when we're paying too much
• You're comfortable taking ownership and making your own calls
• Fluency in English (Swedish is a real plus) Nice to have (but not required)
• Experience from an office, workplace, or service role
• Experience supporting more than one office or country
• Familiarity with Swedish workplace health and safety routines (systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete)
• Experience planning events or internal culture initiatives
