We are now looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive enterprise networking product strategy, technical enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as the bridge between Nordic customers, sales teams, and TP-Link global product organizations, ensuring that local market requirements are translated into successful products and solutions. Job role and

responsibilities:
1, Product Lifecycle Management
• Own the product lifecycle of Omada by TP-link enterprise networking solutions in the Nordic market.
• Conduct local market research, competitive analysis, and customer pain-point assessments.
• Translate market requirements into product and feature requests to HQ. Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams to drive product enhancements and monitor implementation progress 2, Technical Enablement Develop and deliver product and solution training for local team and channel partners. Create technical presentations, competitive positioning materials, and internal enablement content. 3, Technical Support Provide Level 2 technical support for strategic projects and internal teams. Assist with troubleshooting, technical escalations, and complex deployment scenarios. 4, ISP Product Coordination (future development direction) Support product management activities for ISP-related solutions. Coordinate cross-functional projects between Nordic teams and global stakeholders. Develop and deliver product and solution training for local team. Desired Skills and

Experience:
1, Technical Competencies
• Strong technical knowledge of Enterprise Networking solutions, especially in Switching (L2/L3), Enterprise WLAN, Network Security.
• Hands-on experience in network design, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including VLAN, Routing, PoE, WLAN, VPN, QoS, and Network Management Systems. 2, Professional Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, or Pre-sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting, or Solution Engineering.
• Preferred industry background: Enterprise Networking Vendors, Telecommunications Vendors, ISP, System Integrators, VAD. 3, Personal Attributes
• Demonstrates humility, openness, and a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
