Tech Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud and Platform
Hands on expertise in LWC, Lightning Components, Apex classes, triggers, collections, Batch, Scheduled and Dynamic Apex, Visualforce, wrappers and test classes.
Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform, SOQL, reports, dashboards, platform events and pull based event mechanisms.
Expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, solution design, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, metadata, standard features, Force com Sites and MVC architecture.
Integration experience with web services, REST and SOAP APIs, custom APIs, email services, custom components and Java API programming.
Proficient in change sets, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Force com IDE, managed and unmanaged packages, Data Loader and CLI based deployments.
Hands on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
Strong client facing, analytical, organizational, time management and communication skills for technical and non technical stakeholders.
